No customer support
I love this app and I use it regularly. I have a question about the app and have reached out multiple times via the app’s contact page, the online contact page and the email address provided for assistance to no avail. I just upgraded to lifetime membership and am questioning my sanity as I have found no other ways to contact them and ask my questions. Do any of you know: can you delete and/or rename categories? And don’t you believe it would be helpful if they were alphabetical? I didn’t understand exactly how it worked in the beginning and created too many categories trying to organize my affirmations. I really desire to organize them better now that I have a better idea how I want to use the app. Doesn’t anyone else change their mind? If I can receive customer support, my review would be 5 stars even if I don’t like the answer.
