I love the concept of the app, and it also has reminders which are nice but the app doesn’t work very well. For example, If you click play and you had some music playing then both will play. Normally the the music would pause. If you close your phone, you can’t pause your affirmations from a locked screen like I can with calm, Spotify. Spotify and audible. You would need to unlock your phone and go into the app itself. It doesn’t seem to work like other applications that I listen to books, music or podcasts on. It’s a clunky design. Also, the balance between the app music and your affirmations can be tricky. I can barely hear my affirmations with the app music on minimum.
He probado varias apps de autosugestión y ésta es la que realiza mejor su función. Simple y elegante.
Starting your day with this app makes everything better. I’m a hairstylist and I sometimes have to take on a lot of my clients trauma, stress, and anxiety. It can be taxing -Practicing affirmations with this app has lighten my load and makes my days so much better.
This is a powerful tool that can be utilized anywhere and anytime. These techniques involve repeating positive affirmations to reprogram the subconscious to align with one's desires. Napoleon Hill would have loved this!
It’s a great app for its simplicity and usefulness. I like the features like continuous playing for falling asleep and tagging affirmations and mantras by topic. Only wish is it had a widget for iOS.
This app is so easy to use to create daily affirmations, categorize them and then practice them. You can write your own or choose from a huge list of affirmations from many categories. I love that it uses my own voice. My only wish is that we could choose our own music or at least have a selection of music to choose from (especially from the healing frequencies like 444hz, 528hz) and choose images for the playback.
This app has major audio issues, and when I wrote support they responded with questions but never replied to my response. I sent another support message a few months later and heard crickets on that one. Mind you I am a premium customer. I cannot recommend this app.
I’ve used Think Up since 2016. Loved it then.. love it now. Still use it. I wish our fav music was easier to upload.
I can’t get past the free trial page to try the free version. There is only the option of premium pay.
