ThinkUp-Daily Affirmations app

Great App...Super useful in reminding how great you are. But just a few snags. Thank you so much for creating this app.

Does what it says. Easy to use. If you're into the miracle morning, this is perfect if you find affirmations difficult. And you can choose affirmations from the man himself, Hal Elrod. Premium is definitely worth it.

Just brilliant! I've tried a few ways and a number of different apps to record, manage and play my own affirmations while listening to my own music. Finally I stumbled upon ThinkUp. The sound quality of playing your own recording back to you with this app is brilliant, unlike other apps. One slight annoyance is that the current version only supports playing 1 of your own songs at a time and it then just repeats the same song which can become monotonous. I've been told by the developers that this will be changed in an upcoming release though. I've gotten around this problem for the time being by playing DJ Sets in my music library which are up to two hours long. Still it would be nice if I could add a number of songs to the library and then play them all one after the other, possibly even skipping songs in between affirmations. Other than that, the layout is beautiful, you have access to top-rated affirmations from users all over the world and the app runs beautifully in the background. Looking so forward to future updates to see how much better the app can still become. Since the app is unable to play a sequence of personal music I should technically only give it 4 stars, but due to my happiness of using this app after having tried countless other options and this one working like a charm, I've got to give it 5 stars.

Wonderfully made app to create my own affirmations with my voice and loop them without interference!!

Won’t let me bypass the premium trial page.

On the app page it talks about being able to use the app for free but with less options and personalizations. I downloaded the app and it immediately asks for money after asking about my goals. This is not free at all. Pretty sad that apps that are supposed to help people aren’t free. Prevents people who truly need it in the trenches of this universe struggling to survive.

I purchased this app when it originally came out, for a one time, not cheap, fee. I was able to access my legacy account before but with the new update it won’t even let me in the app until I commit to a subscription. If they provide a way for me to rightly access what I paid for I will change this review. This app but customer service could be its downfall. I emailed them a while back with a question about the Apple Watch app. Someone replied and said they’d get back to me and then they didn’t even after I followed up again. I’ll give them another chance with this comment.

I purchased this app and have been using it for years. I change the affirmations depending on what season of life I am in. Even if I only have five minutes listening to them while running an errand, they always help keep me motivated and positive I recently had an issue with the app but got immediate response from Tech Support and the problem is fixed now.

*Update: The developer reached out to inform me that they had a glitch in the program but have worked it out. What a relief! My recordings are all gone. My subscription had not run out. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Signed in under my account and went to premium section to restore purchases and nothing. When you’ve spent so much time recording and have developed a large catalog of affirmations- it’s so disheartening, to say the least. I emailed the developers but I’m not holding my breath, based on everyone else’s reviews. I’ll change my rating and update everyone should they actually follow through.

I love this app and I use it regularly. I have a question about the app and have reached out multiple times via the app’s contact page, the online contact page and the email address provided for assistance to no avail. I just upgraded to lifetime membership and am questioning my sanity as I have found no other ways to contact them and ask my questions. Do any of you know: can you delete and/or rename categories? And don’t you believe it would be helpful if they were alphabetical? I didn’t understand exactly how it worked in the beginning and created too many categories trying to organize my affirmations. I really desire to organize them better now that I have a better idea how I want to use the app. Doesn’t anyone else change their mind? If I can receive customer support, my review would be 5 stars even if I don’t like the answer.
