I can’t access to the app at all, stuck on login screen

Have given up using the pp and the website as their is no filter for direct flights. You think you are finding a cheaper holiday than other websites then realise you have to take multiple flights to get there and there is no filter to select direct flights.

Absolute waste of time. You cannot even create an account as it just keeps saying ‘this action cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later’. TUI and JET2 apps are MUCH better

Keeps reporting “the token doesn’t exists” even a few hours apart and the app hasn’t quite yet! Sort it out 😩

Great app easy to use

If you’re booking a holiday, it’s quite an expense so take your time I find Thomas Cook website or app to be very easy to navigate and gives you all your options for travel, transfers and accommodation

Loving the TC app, quick , easy to use, all the info you need , found the chatbot helpful for a couple of individual things

Tried to sign up, upon entering the verification code they sent to my email I got the response “cannot process your request right now please try later”. Useless.

Been trying to search for holiday for days and the date section is not allowing anything to search - so booked with another agency

Can’t seem to make bookings on the app but managed by going through google
