There is only one thing holding this from a 5 star and that is the videos in the exercise session have no audio or written instruction. There is another section outside of your workout session but I have found in a home gym there are missing instruction videos but overall this is a really awesome app and well worth the subscription if you are going to make use out of it.

Great workout plans but lots of glitches in the application. Mid way through a workout and it resets the session and wipes your tracked progress. Would buy subscription again if the glitches were fixed up

Great exercises in a simple format. Only improvement I can think of would be a suggested weight for each exercise based on skill level. e.g. Advanced is 20kg, Intermediate 15kg, Beginner 10kg This could be based of users past records.

Been using Mike Thurston apps for 3 years or so now. I’ve learnt a lot on workout plans, not leaving until I’ve finished all my excercises, recording the weight, progressive overload, when to do failure sets, plan cycles. Went from average gym goer to a head turner at the gym. The programs really fill you out, if you follow it 5x per week……you really get some mean results. Also ensure your eating right also, combine a healthy high Protein diet with the thrst app workouts and you will for sure become addicted to the results.

Won’t let me go through the programs on the app says enter my height which I have and it says I haven’t entered it so it won’t let me continue to the next steps I have tried to reach out on all social networks platforms and had no response. I have a screen recording of the app not working just don’t know what else to do from here. Hope I can get some help thanks.

App looks amazing. Definitely something I’d want to use. However, without a free trial, I’m hesitant to pay a full subscription without trying the app before. I’m sure there are plenty of others like me. The ‘free’ version offers much less than the full it seems, but the personalisation is the important part. A free week trial with almost complete functionality would make more sense, allowing users to get fully immersed in the app with their personalised workout and meal plans before committing.
