Tried to purchase a ticket multiple times on the app (after no help from bus driver with regards to how to buy a ticket through him). By the time I did, there was a ticketing officer getting on the bus who had short man syndrome so needed to feel superior by fining me €50 as I didn’t purchase the ticket when I first entered the bus (173 from Verona)… even though I did purchase a ticket. Incredibly rude to tourists.
App is only useful for the trip planner function as the system did not accept visa or Mastercard credit cards.
Impossible to add my credit card nor purchase tickets using my credit card. Tried multiple times over wifi with both Wise travel card & Australian Visa cards and neither worked.
