Ticket Bus Verona

It is true that the app will not send a registration code to a UK telephone number but if you e-mail customer support they will register your account and send you an access code within a day. I have not yet used the app to buy a bus ticket but at least I am registered and ready for when I get to Verona

This app is not bad for checking routes and the bus timetables. However you cannot create an account and therefore you cannot buy a ticket on the app with a number outside of Italy as it doesn’t send you a confirmation code ever. We tried with multiple phone numbers and never got a code. This needs fixing.

The app allows for area codes from outside of Italy but you never receive a code to allow you to register, it is impossible to buy tickets on the app without having an account. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Updating my original review as I downloaded the app but I couldn’t register. I tried numerous times but it won’t send me a code to my mobile to complete the registration. I am from the uk and entering a uk mobile number. I messaged user support and they activated my account for me in less than 24 hours and I can now access the app. Thank you

Even though the app allows to enter various country codes in the mobile number section the app does not allow verification through other countries. Therefore cannot use it.

Used this app loads over the past few years and it was great. Choose your tickets pay using Apple Pay. Very straightforward. In July I came and found that despite selecting more than one ticket it would only sell you one at a time. Back in September and it’s still only allowing one ticket per transaction, has stopped allowing Apple Pay so I had to prat around putting all my card details in twice plus they charge a 30 cent commission per ticket. Rubbish!

Tried to register like other reviewer but couldn’t receive SMS code to activate- even trying various combinations of UK or Italy code, with and without first zero. Nothing worked. Could access timetables and route numbers, but live tracker was not always reliable. At one point while waiting the tracker showed two stops away, then it leapt to two stops past us, even though there was only one road. The bus turned up five minutes later. Also we found buses on two of our trips to be delayed between 30 and 60 minutes. Not good in August heatwave with a family. Buses very clean and air conned though, and drivers always friendly.

Then try and figure out how to send verification codes to any number globally? It might help if tourists can buy bus tickets?

We travelled by bus during our week in Lake Garda & Verona. This little app was brilliant. We could easily buy bus tickets and check the buses/times/stops for the places we were travelling to. Although the app does give directions to bus stops, we found google maps to be a little easier to follow. Overall, very satisfied!
