Can’t understand why but the app and website doesn’t allow me to even log in to my account and says it’s because I was defeated to be a bot. I used Ticketmaster one single time so far several months ago to buy a 3 tickets to a show. I don’t know what on earth is going on but it’s incredibly annoying.

€7 per ticket handling charge for the Leinster game and even though I selected upper tier only, I had to retry 4 times as the app was giving me lower tier tickets. Why do sporting organisations use these gangsters?!

Selected seats via map but couldn’t purchase then. Had to revert to the list which is random.

Not loving the fact that you have to pay €6 “admin fee” for each ticket you purchase …. It’s a single transaction after all … an old fact for sure but nonetheless true 😢😢

Constantly signs you out and asks you to change your password which cannot be similar to old password making it difficult to log in to get tickets and show tickets at the event - very poor usability design as a result

I’m incredulous that Ticketmaster App is still so full of bugs and irritations, bearing in mind their dominant position. There’s always some issue whenever you try to book!

Website said no tickets but the app said it had some. App won’t stay signed in. Can’t autofill my password on the app so have to copy paste it in. Forced to opt out of the insurance upsell. Slow interface. I have no choice but to pay 13% of the ticket face price (why are they allowed charge a % instead of a set fee when the service is identical) for this always poor service. Ticketmaster has a stranglehold on venues and events for little added value. They deserve 1* but giving 2 to give this review more chance of being seen. We need an alternative.

Should be named as useless master. Absolutely useless ticket selling company. One star review is way too good.
