TigerConnect FAQ
Is TigerConnect free?
Yes, TigerConnect is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is TigerConnect legit?
⚠️ The TigerConnect app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Tiger connect system is lousy and incompatible with the Microsoft in Nuh. I have to uninstall and reinstall the system. Best is after reinstall the system , my credential is not match. Cause some much problems that even harm nuh patients due to the nurses tiger text required multiple time key in the the credentials. If you received 100 text in a day , you need to key in the credentials 100 times to get access. I just wondered why this company still can secure government contract. I earn all future potential buyers please reconsider my feedback
Enquiries about issues relating to TigerConnect
Dear Person-in-charge,
The Tigerconnect app has been very useful and working fine in general. However, I have some issues and are as follows:
1. After the day is done, when I try to access TigerConnect on my phone the next day, I was automatically logged out and I need to manually key in the credentials and login. Please advise if there is a way to stop this auto log out so that I will not need to key in the credentials the next day when login to TigerConnect. (Just a side note, my phone is IOS)
2. There are times when I login to TigerConnect on my phone, even though with correct Email, but the password is wrong and I was prompted with the message “Credentials didn’t match” even though the credentials are correct and the password wasn’t changed.
These are the issues I’m currently facing and please advise how can I go about these two issues.
Thank you for your kind attention for the above.
Wishing you a very Blessed Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
