Apps that “force” me to start a trial to use are already pretty sleezy but to have a one time offer after that, deleted.
After an update, there were some wire things happening with the app's widgets, and the dev got in touch with me and started working on a fix really fast. I really like this app and it helps me plan and add structure to my days.
I absolutely love this app! I am more productive and consistent. I like how it helps me deal with the challenging parts of having ADHD in a way that feels authentic and easy to incorporate. One example is the minimum of a half hour time block for an appointment. The half hour minimum helps take into account that someone with ADHD has time blindness. I am less stressed out because I’m no longer over scheduling myself! I also love their customer service, I had an issue and it was resolved quickly!
I’ve found it’s simple to use and doesn’t require a ton of setting up. I can just plug in tasks and go. It helps me a lot with being able to remember everything I need to do in a day and accomplish all I want to.
This app does what I’ve been doing with a spreadsheet so much faster and easier! Things I really like: - Lists of activities I do all the time - Drag and drop - After I drag and drop, it marks the items I’ve used for that day. I can use them again, but I know they’re covered. My spreadsheet doesn’t do that! - Customization for scheduling intervals (I chose every 15 minutes) - Customization for colors - Adjust schedule length by time (select 45 minutes, for example) or by dragging the corner of the schedule box, which works surprisingly well. The is a keeper for me.
I found TimeFinder: Time Blocking yesterday afternoon and it gives me so much hope it is PRECISELY exactly what I have been looking for, as if it were tailored for me! Oh! For ADHD persons! It is just so dang helpful for me I cannot believe it. I have been looking for this for months and years. THANK YOU to whoever had anything to do with developing this.
This is the best app I have ever found to help me organize my day. I used to get overwhelmed with my schedule and my endless to do’s but now, every day is planned and I am much more productive. I recommend it daily to friends and family. The icing on the cake is the customer service. Never have I had an issue with a product where a HUMAN responds quickly, acknowledges the issue, works to fix it and in the next upgrade, my problem and my suggestion were fixed!
I have searched for a good time management app forever and this is the best I’ve found. Soooooo easy and intuitive, KISS design, but so powerful. Using this app, the majority of your time is spent on task, not learning an unwieldy app or jumping through hoops just to enter your data. Yes, it has a bug or two that I have spoken with the developer about, but even with that caveat it is still the best there is. Simple and powerful. I paid $20 for ONE yearly subscription app (I’ve also paid for others 🙄) just to find this one is still the best overall, IMHO. I don’t usually write reviews, but Just wanted to say THANK YOU. Update: still the best, keeps me on track and not wasting my day!!! Excellent updates too!!!
The privacy policy is atrocious! The app is lovely but I don’t feel comfortable with the amount of snooping going on.
