App keeps crashing
Hey, Love all the features, my kid enjoyed building new houses. Unfortunately from December app keeps crashing, I bought several houses that she is unable to use now and if I understand correctly then after reinstalling they ll be gone.
BAD GAME!
So I purchased all the worlds and things but when I restarted the game they all disappeared! I’m disappointed of this game I want my money back!!!!!!

i had toca boca on my iPad and like 2 years later I got a new phone and i downloaded toca boca in my iPhone and i restored my purchases but i still didn’t get a lot of my stuff back what i purchased which i spent a lot money on and it won’t let me get it back at all i have tried everything.
How to get things back when you lost them?
Hi please answer to this message. The easter egg in 2024 the bunny pyjama I claimed it but after my world resets i lost it and i can’t find it in the post office so please can you tell me where it is btw the game is awesome i love it so much and keep up with the good work.
Bad game
Horrible game it’s so expensive and we can basically do nothing. There is no cool decorations and people in the game look bad. The game that Bazu invented Avatar World is much better than Toca Boca. Avatar World has More animations the people look better and there are much free things. And when i accidentally deleted the game, I lost all the things I bought which is very bad. I give the game zero stars. do better next time.

The game is really good and have been playing for almost 3 years. It was really good until I found out some of the locations I have bought before for my own money, have become free. I NEED A REFUND
