Lousy customer service
I have been a user of the paid version of the app (currently called To Do Pro) for many years now, perhaps more than 10. A number of times over the last years my premium features have been interrupted because for whatever reason Appigo either does not receive information about my payment or is unable to process it correctly, but at least I always used to get a response from the customer service team and be treated well. I even managed a couple years ago to contact somebody who by then was the SVP of operations of the company and he was Incredibly helpful. I have been through the same problem lately but, despite the current team having asked me for proof of payment and me having sent it, not only my problem has not been sold, but they no longer reply to my messages. Due to the nature of the app I am, now I see, over dependent on it for my day-to-day activities, and whenever there is a problem I cannot count on it being sold. I can no longer rely on To Do Pro. What a shame because it is a good app.
