Todo Cloud: To-Do List & Tasks

After using standard reminder app on iPhone for years I have come across this app and God this is miles better. The to do task management is just better. Helps me stay organised all the time.

After using number of different ‘list & scheduling’ apps I settled on ToDo a number of years ago as one that answers all my needs. Regular updates have kept it fresh and relevant. A simple interface common across my laptop, phone and iPad has allowed me to have a permanent reminder list available when I gather my thoughts over what tasks and priority scheduling I should prepare for. Plan the day/week on the MacBook, and from there easy checking on the iPhone as I complete things. Juggling projects as varied as teaching flying, or rebuilding cars right down to planned grocery shopping are all pretty easy and intuitive. Has it improved the way I do things? I’d like to think so. Have I completed all my tasks? No, there’s always a long list remaining with the app reminding me of what I need to do. Would I recommend it? Yes, it has served me well, so I would hope others get the same benefit that I have had.

I love this app - my to do list on the go - easy to update, easy to edit and easy to organise. I am the most productive when I use this app and recommend it to all of my friends.

This could be the best GTD-friendly to-do app available. However lack of progress on some major features are seriously holding it back. Notification delay (snooze) doesn't work, background sync still doesn't work (despite supposedly being fixed in the latest version), and the web interface - an important adjunct to the apps - lacks many features and badly needs an update. Very good responsiveness and customer service from Appigo, but the lack of development progress lets them down. Users have been complaining for months about issues and it's been nothing but promise after promise. Oh so close ...

Love the true black interface with the colors for the lists. I know that sounds petty in a way, but it means a lot to me to be able to enjoy what I'm doing especially keeping track of bills.. lol an oldie but goodie with every feature I need! Keep up the good work!

Bugs accumulating, desktop (win) version corrupts the data (ongoing for over a year now with no resolution), Appigo support is completely non-responsive to all communication, today the database sync server is responding with HTTP 500 errors. Use at your own risk.

This app used to be good ten years ago, but they keep making it worse and worse to try and force people to pay for a subscription which is ridiculous. They finally crippled the app enough that I'm switching over to Microsoft To Do.

I have tried multiple times, various way, I keep receiving the monthly charge I keep trying to cancel the monthly charge, after months I finally got a response from support, regardless of that the monthly charge keeps coming. I have not use the app for many months and still getting the monthly charge after multiple attempts. When will the charge stop, I keep receiving a monthly charge for close to a year, I have not been able to stop it nor cancel the subscription and no one helps, they are stealing my money.

I was a long time premium subscriber to this app. I always liked the functionality of the app but when the developer finally rolled out the Apple Watch update almost 2 years ago I was very disappointed. The Apple Watch didn’t display any notification of the number of tasks of any sort. It just displayed dashes. Also, there was no task detail showing on the main display of the To Do cloud complication on the Apple Watch. I opened a support ticket in January of 2023 only to have the ticket close automatically with no mention of an update or a fix. That happened too many times to count and I repeatedly had to follow up and ask for the ticket to be reopened. I finally gave up and cancelled my subscription. It’s unfortunate that as a long term user supporting this app that I my many attempts at addressing the issue fell on deaf ears.
