Todas las rutinas pueden hacerse en casa, son variadas y entretenidas, no como los videos de antaño que parecían discos rallados, aquí realmente siento que las entrenadoras están conmigo y me rio del mismo chiste que he escuchado mil veces en la rutina 🤣 Hay para todos los gustos, yoga, meditación, pesas; con equipo o sin él. La comunidad qué hay detrás también es buenísima. A veces es un poco caro, por eso es bueno agarrar una buena oferta cuando la vez, no vas a arrepentirte.
I love this app! I have been using it for a year and it has really helped me to stay consistent with my workouts. It offers a lot of different routines to choose from and it also gives you a daily schedule in case you don’t want to make any decision. There a 2 things I hope will come in a new version of the app: (1) some sort of “Favorite” option in order to gather those routines you’ve loved the most (and you can remember which ones they are); and (2) a “7 days a week” counter (currently it only counts 6 workout sessions a week).
I love tiu community and this app has made my life easier. I love all workouts ❤️ Here are my ways to make it perfect: - It would be perfect to have a way to filter workouts by trainer or duration, since sometimes I want to make a diffent workout. - In the daily moves add a timer when is seconds and not reps. Totally recommended 😊
Great app! I was waiting for it long ago!! Love to wake up & workout with Tone it Up! Will like to see somewhere on the app the Weekly workout plan and some new moves on the daily moves!
