The foundation of this practice has always been about using what you have available to you, whenever, wherever you are. No matter how much time you have available to you (5, 10, 20 minutes, etc), there is something you can do, everyday, to better both your body and your mind.

Perfection
I discovered melissa two and a half years ago, when I was recovering from my second birth. She helped me regain strength, shape and confidence in a kind and nurturing way. And I have used her method ever since, and watch her create and develop her platform. I am in LOVE with this app, and her method, I have used it in every device possible (apple TV, an old Ipad, computer, etc) and it runs smooth everytime and everywhere, at home (Chile) and overseas. Now it has a weekly schedule incorporated to the app, which makes it even easier to use. I have recommended it many times, and every single time it has been a hit!

Melissa doesn’t know anatomy at all
Melissa is not educated in body mechanics and it’s clear she does not know her anatomy from her random use of weights and random way she puts her flows together. There is no thought to progressive overload at all which would make the app sustainable for long term members. It would be so easy for someone to get injured if they don’t know body mechanics and are looking to Melissa for guidance which she doesn’t provide because she can’t speak to the body in an educated way. Her cues are bad and always the same.

Must have app
Workouts to work for your body and mind! Also, so many healthy recipes and meditations. Really a whole lifestyle app. Couldn’t be happier with it 🤍🤍
Won’t let you cancel
I have been a customer for 3+ years and have enjoyed the workouts. However, I no longer do at-home workouts and don’t need the app. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your subscription. You can’t cancel in the App Store, in the app, or on their website. I had to write into support to cancel. Then a month later I still got charged and support told me they won’t refund me? This is predatory behavior.
Annual fee increase
Very disappointed the annual fee went up 35 dollars especially at times like this.
App NEVER works on iPad
Got an iPad just to do these workouts and the app doesn’t work, you can’t use it, don’t waster your money. Hope this helps!! :)
Amazing for prenatal workouts
I’ve never seen anything this robust for parental workouts at this price point! Truly an amazing value for anyone pregnant and I’m sure anyone not pregnant too, I’m excited to keep it going post natal and after that, too!
