I paid £5 and could not use it even once and I tried their customer support no one bloody responded Avoid using this app App Store should look into this fraudulent company
Impossible to get through a number in Paris
It’s proved impossible to get through a number in Paris from London for over a year. Have reported the matter to Toolani about 8 times now, but they’ve never replied to me.

I registered and topped up it shows me my money but I can’t make a call it keeps saying call failed. I need you to refund my money back
I can not make any international call
I can not make any international calls in Europe of Middle East , I send email for customer service but they did not come back to me till today 48 hours pass since I send my complaint to token customer service.

Been using the app for many years and when topping up it closed my account . Waiting for customer service to contact me, but really need to use it again .
It used to be a great app..
I used it all the time for calling abroad since around 2016. But it recently stopped working, the support email doesn’t work anymore and when I tried logging in a few days ago it told me “your number was deactivated”. I still have £17 credit that I probably won’t get back, not sure why is it allowed to be in Apple Store when the app isn’t working.

Calls failed. Not able to make any phone calls
Useless App, call always fails
I’ve used this app for long time, most numbers won’t work always call fails. I’ve to use alternate providers during those times. Last few months all my balance wasted without using this app, bcz all calls are failed. Not able to get proper support form then now around £13 in account which I don’t know how to get refunded or make calls
Nijam-UK very clear voice
Really useful. Sometimes voice is not clear from opposite clearsides. Otherwise no comment. Keep always on top. We appreciate if you done by low price wise, compare to other providers.
