Ripped Off
Purchased 3 month subscription logging on as my Apple ID, unable to see where my $26 for the 3 months subscription has gone. Customer service simply sharing unhelpful robotic text for me to logon using my subscription Id Clearly not taking the time to read the message or failing to understand the problem. Warning if you subscribe, looks like you will lose your money and be offered no support what so ever Also to note the customer service messaging services don’t allow you to reply to their messages which will add to frustration in getting more robotic responses. I will need to escalate to Apple for them to resolve with TOOMICS.
