It’s a great app but a horrible system, why make us wait months just so we can Finnish one story, and when we think it’s done it pops up with my episode making us wait even longer, it’s frustrating and could be a big problem in the future. But on the bright side all the stories are amazing snd entertaining. It’s easy to access and work for new people.
Just bought some coins two days ago then the app decides to randomly log me out of my account. I didnt realize it was created using my LINE account that I no longer have access to so now i cant login. I tried asking customer service if it was possible to transfer at least the coins i paid for and my paid content only to be told that they cant help me unless i login. Very frustrating as it was the app’s fault that i got logged out in the first place.
