Navigation in app sucks (Bruxelles)
We lost a bus because the navigation leads to Rogier metro stop and not the tootbus stop at Thon hotel. Nearly 30 € and thats what you get. Not a good start.

Save your money. Unless you are visiting with someone in your group with mobility issues, you’ll probably save 50% by walking to the key sights in each area and then taking a group taxi to the next main area. Stop 8&9 are closed and they don’t tell you that in advance. Those 2 stops are the Arc de Triumph and the Eiffel tower. The new temporary stop is a mile from each site. Check their route out before you buy.
The advertised London travel times between stops were terribly inaccurate. I was there in August and our first stop had a >15 min standstill before we even started. It took 2-3 hours to get 1/3 of the way around the loop. We had not intended to spend all day on the bus, much less “hop off” to see sights. It wasn’t worth the price we paid for what we got.

On/off was easy and great commentary on the bus explaining the sites and architecture. We were able to see so much more than if we did not take the bus!
Your stop information on the app and on the general map is wrong for Gare du nord. For tourists, it incredibly frustrating to plan your entire day around a tour bus that doesn’t stop for lost guests. First we walked to the stop Republique. Today is July 28 so the stop according to your website was working. After waiting 25 minutes, we had our friend call and sure enough, the stop was not available today. Why wasn’t that info communicated? Terrible service. So our group of 10, including an 84 year old, took the metro to Gare du nord. We got lost inside the huge train station, finally made our exit, and then walked to the stop on your map. Wrong again! The toot bus drove right past us even though we were at the stop indicated by your map and app. Reaching our limits, we were about to request a refund, when another bus came along. That kind bus driver stopped. It was not the right stop but since he was kind he let us on the bus. Just after, we passed the tootbust stop just up the road in the wrong spot according to your map! Guessing is not fun when you’re making you’re way around a new city with a group of 10. Not a good experience. At all.
Waste
After our first stop I realized I had lost my tickets. The representative there recognized us and tried to get us reticketed. He even rode the bus with us as he got things straightened out. His name is Junaid Palwavy and deserves an award. He saved our day
Ride started off on a good note. Using the app helped find out first stop. Enjoyed the sights from the top level. Didn’t make it through the whole yellow bus line but was on the bus 90 minutes longer than the expect full tour. No assistance at any of the stops. Struggled to find where to catch the cruise as well. The host on the cruise was great. Ended up having to take the tube to many of our destinations because the stops were move and no directions to get to the new stops. 45 minutes or more to wait for a bus. Also the drivers were back tracking past attractions we had already seen to get to new destinations. Overall a huge disappointment especially for the cost.
It does not open on my Iphone. Please repair it. Thanks.
