A lot of 404 error codes when you navigate in the app…

Ça fait trois fois que je m’y reprends pour essayer d’acheter des tickets pour Bruxelles. Tout d’abord le lien « J’y vais » ne marche pas. Je recommence donc péniblement tout depuis la sélection de la ville (alors pourquoi l’app me demande ma localisation ?). Au moment de sélectionner mes billets je n’arrrive pas à faire dérouler l’écran jusqu’en bas pour aller payer. Je recommence donc tout une fois de plus. Je choisis de payer par bancontact mais le lien « ouvrir votre appli bancontact » ne marche pas non plus. Ça fait trois problèmes juste pour acheter les billets (j’essaie de vous faire GAGNER DE L’ARGENT les gars !!). Donc merci, on oublie, j’ose même pas imaginer le service dans le bus si l’app est comme ça.

Your stop information on the app and on the general map is wrong for Gare du nord. For tourists, it incredibly frustrating to plan your entire day around a tour bus that doesn’t stop for lost guests. First we walked to the stop Republique. Today is July 28 so the stop according to your website was working. After waiting 25 minutes, we had our friend call and sure enough, the stop was not available today. Why wasn’t that info communicated? Terrible service. So our group of 10, including an 84 year old, took the metro to Gare du nord. We got lost inside the huge train station, finally made our exit, and then walked to the stop on your map. Wrong again! The toot bus drove right past us even though we were at the stop indicated by your map and app. Reaching our limits, we were about to request a refund, when another bus came along. That kind bus driver stopped. It was not the right stop but since he was kind he let us on the bus. Just after, we passed the tootbust stop just up the road in the wrong spot according to your map! Guessing is not fun when you’re making you’re way around a new city with a group of 10. Not a good experience. At all.

Waste

After our first stop I realized I had lost my tickets. The representative there recognized us and tried to get us reticketed. He even rode the bus with us as he got things straightened out. His name is Junaid Palwavy and deserves an award. He saved our day

Ride started off on a good note. Using the app helped find out first stop. Enjoyed the sights from the top level. Didn’t make it through the whole yellow bus line but was on the bus 90 minutes longer than the expect full tour. No assistance at any of the stops. Struggled to find where to catch the cruise as well. The host on the cruise was great. Ended up having to take the tube to many of our destinations because the stops were move and no directions to get to the new stops. 45 minutes or more to wait for a bus. Also the drivers were back tracking past attractions we had already seen to get to new destinations. Overall a huge disappointment especially for the cost.

It does not open on my Iphone. Please repair it. Thanks.

They don’t have as many buses as other companies so you have to wait forever to be picked up. They horrible waste of money

Toot has the absolute least amount of buses. Waiting more than 45 minutes for a bus. Top View comes every 10 minutes. I wish I could get a refund and go with the other company. Do not buy Toot!

We’re in London..app not working.. was at stop 2 for the yellow line for over an hour.. every other city seeing buses came by regularly. Not this one.
