My tickets are stored on the app as I didn’t want to print out lots of paper. I can’t access my tickets on here - had to dig out my email Nothing is currently working on it - can’t even submit an issue on it so here seemed like the best place. I can’t see where I am, when the bus is coming or the next stops on it.
We recently had to wait OVER an hour for a toot bus, and it still never came! I maybe wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind waiting 😡
DO NOT BOOK tried this for my holiday to paris and waited 45 minutes and bus did not come this kept happening this whole weekend . the bus app was completely unreliable and did not update us correctly. WHATEVER YOU DO PICK ANOTHER BUS !!!!!!!!!!
The activity was very over priced for what it was. 30 minute bus ride. It was much cheaper to use a normal bus. Bath is beautiful. Roman baths worth every penny. But the tour was not a tour just a bus ride.
The app tells me to update to the new version and takes me to the AppStore l only to come back on Tootbus App which tells again to go back and update new version.
A rubbish and very unprofessional application. We downloaded it using the Tootbus link because you can’t do the full tours without it. As soon as you run it, it shows a green page with an icon to download the Tootbus app. This results in going around in circles back into the green page over and over again. The app is totally useless and you cannot do the walk around tours or see your buses without it. So badly designed. I am a software engineer and you should be ashamed of yourselves for letting such an obvious bug slip through. I am even wondering whether Tootbus has taken my money and if I’ll find any buses in Bath. Maybe it’s written by a mafia gang, God knows. Absolutely ridiculous!
Headphones/audio not working
Will provide an update once we’ve done the tour, but distinctly average at the moment. But haven’t bought the tickets for the app but the tour!
App is terrible. Can’t bring up tickets with the 6 digit ref as the screen only shows the first 5 digits and then ….. Very frustrating, almost none of the options in the menu work. Did the person who made this app ever actually try to use it?! Or try it on an 8 yr old or an 80 yr old. If it doesn’t pass the 8 or 80 yr old test it’s no use, simple as that.
The app is horrible not helpful in any way Can’t get the bus times from the different stops anywhere I tried the app and Google The buses are infrequent we waited for a long time to change route while other companies had between 2-5 buses come at the same period of time I regretted not doing my sightseeing with another company
