Sync with remote control fails
When you change settings through the app the setting doesn’t update on the remote control, so remote still shows the old temperature for example. If you change from remote control app shows the new setting, but remote also updates all old settings. Also you could add service level to the app for more detailed info from the ac.
Takkatilan toimimattomuus etäkäytöllä
Takkatila -toiminto ei toimi etäkäytöllä sovelluksen kautta. Kun puhalluslämpötilaa muuttaa, takkatoiminto menee pois päältä. Samoin, jos puhallusnopeutta säätää, niin takkatoiminto menee pois päältä.
Registration not working
With new Haori heat pumps installed I was very much loooking forward to connecting them online only to see that registering an account in the app results in a 403 Forbidden when clicking the link in the activation email. Hoping for a quick reaction from Toshiba.
Not realiable
Very often application fails to connect to the device. Restarting the application always helps. GUI is oldish and clumsy. Please fix the issues and modernize this.
Great hardware, so-so software
The app is functional, but the UI could really use some improvement. Now it’s quite slow and clunky. I would also love to see support for HomeKit, so the AC would be more fully integrated with the rest of my home and phone. There’s support for Alexa and Google Assistant, so adding HomeKit feels like a logical progression.
Failed to send command
App keeps failing to send commands to AC unit. Very poor quality.
Pretty bad
The app looses connection constantly and needs to be restarted. Less functionality available on the app than on the remote control. User experience could be a lot better, e.g., lot’s of wasted space on the screen and pop ups used. Home grown look and feel. Doesn’t support iOS password generator. Unclear if European GDPR regulation is followed for privacy.

Ei desimaaleja / no decimals
En voi syöttää desimaaleja kulutusseurantaan, tyyliin 5,49 e/kWh. Vain kokonaislukuja eli valittava 5 tai 6 e/kWh eli virhe on melkoinen. / I can’t input decimals into the Cost Calculator, like 5,49 e/kWh. Only full numbers like so have to choose between 5 and 6 so the error is quite significant.
