Speechless

Absolutely speechless we are in our home with not 1 but 2 Toshiba Heat Source Pump in Finland and an App that too BIG for a such cooperation like Toshiba! No further words! I hope somebody HEARs OR READs this review!

Doesn’t connect easily

Almost every time you try to use the app, it won’t communicate with the a/c units. You have to fully close it down and restart to reconnect again, which is pretty tedious. The interface itself is good and easy to use.

Terrible to connect to and re-connect

There has got to be an easier way to connect to your AC than this! Flakey to say the least and not at all reliable. Poor

Love it!

Really fast connection to my AC. The interface is beautiful, very easy to use and you have all options to the AC. I think it’s better than the original remote control 😄 The only thing is that: I must to use a Toshiba’s cloud. Is not possible to connect directly to the AC through my network by IP address. Fix it please!

Hopeless & Frustrating

This app is appalling. Really great AC Units let down by an app that doesn’t function properly, just adding an AC unit wifi adapter to the app is nigh on impossible. The QR code doesn’t scan to register the wifi adapter so then try the manual approach with a set of absolutely hopeless instructions. Beware adapter SSID and password are stuck to a narrow edge and are in a minuscule type face so that upper case ‘I’ is easily confused with ‘l’ (an L) or ‘1’. So typing them into the app is additionally difficult. Worked ok for a while but now it has lost touch with one adapter and it is back to square one and it doesn’t want to play!!! PLEASE, PLEASE sort this app out.

This app is so basic and logs you out Does not let you log back in And the instructions are the worst ever

This app works maybe 15% of the time

This app is so glitchy. It logs you out, says device is offline (it’s not), just gives you a blank screen when you can log in, and stays on the “thinking” screen for several minutes at a time. I hope they make improvements and quickly.
