Malgrado ciò che leggo nelle recensioni, ho connesso e controllato le mie due unità senza difficoltà. Da 2-3 giorni invece non riesco più a farlo perché le unità si disconnettono e non c’è verso di risolvere.

5 stars when: 1) (the easier one) add “drop down menus” for AC groups, because if you have installed the ACs in two houses and the ACs are called with the name of the rooms they are in, you will see (for example) two ACs (for example) named “kitchen” or maybe “bedroom” and you could start the AC of the kitchen of the wrong house. With “drop down menus” you could just keep hidden the AC group of the house you are temporarily not interested in. 2) some ACs can let the air out straight or just by their corners: this is possible with the remote button but there is no indication in the app. 3) with the remote you can also adjust the split angle, but in the app you can just tell the AC to swing or not to swing: please add it. 4) HOMEKIT compatibility. The ACs already can communicate via WiFi and there must be a solution (maybe via this app) to let these devices communicate with homekit! ⚠️UPDATE! please update the ac firmware (mine are 4.4.00) so that: 1) after the ACs disconnect from the WiFi and reconnect their LED lights start blinking until they are turned on for the first time. This is very annoying for the customers who have their WiFi automatically turning off during the night because we see the ACs lights blinking in the dark and it vanifies the option you give us to “turn off LED lights”; 2) every AC temperature sensor doesn’t update often enough (my 10$ bedside alarm clock displays the temperature faster) so, please, at least create a refresh of the data provided by the sensor when turning on the AC via app (I don’t care to always ser the room temperature but at least when I turn the AC on yes!). ⚠️UPDATE! Please make the app rotate when using it in horizontal mode at least for the iPad. Thankyou for your attention, a loyal costumer

L’app fa quello che deve fare, ti permette di controllare i condizionatori da distanza e di controllare la temperatura nella stanza. Ne ho montati 5 in casa, ogni uno con il modulo Wi-Fi e tutti rispondono bene e rapidamente tramite app. Si collega a Google Home, però sinceramente trovo meglio l’applicazione proprietaria. Un po’ povera l’interfaccia di Google

Da qualche giorno non funziona più con alexa, connessione c’è ma l’app pare non dialoghi più con alexa

Qualche giorno fa, provando col tecnico, non ricevevo la mail di conferma della registrazione, provando oggi arriva la mail ma poi non funziona il link da cliccare.

Posso solo eseguire i comandi base. Impossibile comandare l’angolo orizzontale e verticale degli split. Mi aspetto un aggiornamento
