For some reason the ads are turkish, meanwhile majority speak kurdish here (kurdistan) and I do not understand what this is supposed to indicate.

The app takes too long to open and load it is so annoying, whether on wifi or on 4G!

I had a terrible customer service experience. I reported an issue, and they assured me it would be fixed and that I would receive a call from them. It's been two days, and my issue still hasn't been resolved, nor have I received the call. Additionally, the app is full of bugs and problems.

They can take your money but they can’t actually resolve any issues. Why order from them when the restaurant handles the delivery and all your complaints are sent to the restaurant? Really poor customer service just ends the chat in the middle of a convo and before resolving anything.

Toters rules: “You can’t pay in dollar, otherwise your order will get returned, no matter how hungry you are🙃”. I use these kind of applications to make my life more easy, uncomplicated, and not to end up waiting for my order to be returned after all the wait :) Knowing the situation in Lebanon, it’s not logical to have a rule like this one. I would rather use Godzilla, or call the restaurant to get my order on time, without any ignorant rules. I deleted Toters, and I would never use it or recommend it to anyone 😊
