Terrible App bring back TPG preview.
The new version of the app is unusable in the mornings. You simply cannot buy a ticket online. The app also regularly crashes. Genuinely the worst app I am forced to try and use.

tpg+ brings together, in a single application, all the timetables, stations and tickets in the canton of Geneva and its cross-border conurbation (zones 10, 200, 230, 240, 250). It also covers the geographical area around the Léman Express between Geneva, Annecy, Annemasse, Thonon-Evian, Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, Bellegarde, and as far as Coppet in the Canton of Vaud.

SCHEDULES
• Immediately see the next departures in your vicinity
• Choose the route that suits you best according to travel time and expected arrival time
• Zoom in, zoom out or move the map, the application recalculates the next departures according to the display
ITINERARY
• Click on the "Route" icon and enter your destination. Your route is immediately calculated
• Filter the display by departure or arrival time
• Filter your preferred modes of transport with the "Options" icon
• Let yourself be guided from door to door and easily find your way through the transfer zones thanks to the walking guide and the platform information
• Buy the ticket corresponding to your route in a few clicks
GEOGRAPHICAL MAP
• Immediately see your location on the network and the next departures nearby
• Zoom in, zoom out or move the map, the application automatically recalculates the next departures
• Display the map in full page or in combination with the next departures
• Display an entire route on the map and follow your progress in real time
ETICKET AND SWISSPASS in your smartphone
• Buy with your credit card, by mobile payment or by SMS, in a few clicks all your tickets on the Greater Geneva network (Switzerland and France)
• Choose the payment currency CHF or EUR and avoid bank charges (according to the conditions of your bank)

Impossible to buy tickets
Buying tickets always fails for me with “Payment failed - payment.retry-message”. I’ve tried older versions and the current (27.0.2), different cards, Apple Pay, TWINT. I’ve removed and reinstalled. It all fails. This doesn’t seem to be a new issue, judging by the other reviews.
Rubbish app
This app either crashes all the time or just keeps giving error messages even for the simplest things.. can’t change the language, error .. can’t link swisspass, error .. it’s practically unusable. It’s as if neither TPG nor the developers care the tiniest bit for this half-baked, buggy mess of an app.
Crashes and can’t buy any tickets
App crashes every time it opens if I don’t click on the menu and I just click to set a destination. Also when I finally get to the step where I found my route and want to buy a ticket I keep on getting an error every time I proceed with buying a ticket so it’s literally impossible to use it to buy and tickets.
No way to find a route to an addresss
You can only plan routes from a stop (bus tram etc) to another stop. So if your destination is close to two or more stops it is very hard to find the best way to get there. Really badly designed. It seems the designer never used another transportation app like Google Maps or Citymapper. (By the way, Google maps has the Geneva bus and tram stops at wrong locations).

Ne permet pas de simuler un simple trajet. Qui a validé cet outil!?! Il devrait être viré.
