Doesn’t find my 1000 or 1200 powerline devices. I have an older version on my MacBook which does find the powerline stuff. Not convenient using the laptop especially when the powerline device is in a loft & im trying to commission or troubleshoot it.

The app looks like it works and sees all devices. Unfortunate the speed test results for wireless are very disappointing

Just doesn’t work.

Recent update (Oct 24) fixes the bug that meant you couldn’t give the app network access but once permission is given, it still fails to find any devices. ( I have 3.)

The devices themselves are fine but the app is flaky. It works ok on an old MacBook but not at all on a more recent iPad. The only benefit I’ve found is I can turn the led lights off but not on the device that’s got the WiFi element which of course is the one that flashes constantly.

Previously bought excellent products from TP Link. No end of connectivity problems with this one. App more often than not cannot find devices and, even when it does, doesn’t do much more than switch the leds off.

Doesn’t work with iOS 18 as no option to allow access to local network. So app won’t find devices.

As mentioned previously I also fail to see the usefulness of this app, even when I occasionally successfully manage to locate the installed devices on the app.

Bought the connectors a while ago and they worked fine but now they won’t pair together and they won’t come up as paired and there’s no contact customer support or help button on the app and I’ve tried everything but i don’t know what to do it’s starting to really annoy me 👎👎😡

App cant be granted to use network so its completely useless. It doesnt show up in settings. What a terrible app.
