Pretty useless app. Nothing works.

Does not have push notifications for alerts

LeeUK71638 on

My phone is connected to my account but I forget to deactivate safe mode and get back to a bunch of emails telling me my bike was moved. If my bike is moved I want an alert on my phone: A push notification will also tell me to switch off safe mode as soon as I get the bike out of the garage. Occasionally I got a phone call but they do not bother calling now, a push message to the phone to tell me to switch it off would be a lot better for all parties preventing wasted calls and ensuring a genuine incident can be identified quickly. It also fails to connect trips if the bike stops or slows, so when I view the trip history when there has been any traffic at all or just junctions and it splits the trip making the trip data unusable. I get 46 separate trips for a short ride to the barbers, not one. The app really lets this system down, I will shop around for a different tracking system next time.

Shocking! The whole platform is just shocking!

Terrible system, everything is so slow to update. Sometimes I get notifications days later!! By that time my car would be long gone and stripped out! Far better options out there now

Does not work

Paid £300 installed by dealer . Does not update unit status or says unknown . Haven’t moved the bike 2 days and getting trips log all day. Not sure will do job if bike get stolen . Feel waste of money

Utter cr-app

What a completely awful app. Takes about half an hour to find the map and then locate your vehicle. Imagine your car’s been stolen and you’re in a flap. You’ve got no chance using this app. You tap on tabs that don’t work because you don’t realise you have a pop-up open as it is twice the size of the screen. It’s been developed for a desktop PC (which probably isn’t much cop on there either) and then linked to this app. This and Boditrax 2.0 are my two worst apps by a country mile. If they don’t shape up in the next six months when my subscription is due for renewal, they can whistle for my next payment!

Utterly useless

Considering they are one of the most expensive trackers on the market they have the worst customer service and app on the market. On other vehicles we have purchased tracker units for less than £100 with 1 years subs and their website and app are 100x better. It doesn’t cost the earth to pay a company to develop a decent app, pull your finger out tracker

Great app!

This app gives me peace of mind when it comes to keeping track of my car. Apparently Tracker is working on improvements, so I’m looking forward to the next update when I can receive in app notifications.

Crap app

Still no geofencing alerts via the app to IOS notifications. Really? It’s not actually that hard to do. However, it would appear that the people at Tracker lack the any motivation to improve the app. Can’t recommend this.

Poor app, even poorer customer service

Txtyyy on

Sadly, my only contact with this company has been to report services not working: the geo fencing being unable to be activated; the find my vehicle not working; and not being able to log into the new app. In each instance it feels like it’s the customer services department’s duty to talk over you, fob you off, and say it’s not their / the app’s fault. Ultimately, you have to accept you’ve paid a full price for a hit and miss service. I’ve seen other comments regarding continued delays to essential upgrades. Alas, this might be due to the company’s poor financial health. It has an insolvent balance sheet, it must rely on its parent company drip feeding cash otherwise I’m pretty sure it will go bust. So, beware before making your purchase, go into it with your eyes open and expectation set low.

Rubbish
