The switch on/off button ux is not great. so small press can switch it off. may be they can make it sliding switch or something else so that it can toggle only with human interaction. Overall the build quality is great. Its small enough for my cat. I am giving 4 star rating as it switched off yesterday and I didnt even know how did that happen. And that moment I was looking for my cat and a little bit tensed as well.
I’ve tried to use this for months. The gps doesn’t work. It’s a dangerous product as it gives a false sense of security. Don’t buy, don’t use.
The tractive device itself cannot seem to connect to its servers/network, and multiple attempts at updating the tracker keep failing. Battery - I can’t even tell how much there is as the app says “battery status is never updated” (something similar)... but that’s cos I can’t update it or connect it to the servers! If I lose my dog, I can’t rely on it to tell me where she is. But yet, it works fine with the Dog walking app. So I don’t even know what the problem is - I’m guessing it’s not the device per se, but issues with the app . It’s been annoying just trying to update the tracker.
No gps even my dog is outdoors.
