Will no longer be shopping with this company as they don’t believe my money is needed. They hate diversity, equality, and inclusion.

The app and the website are not user-friendly. Trying to do a subscription for my dog and cat food is tedious. It’s very hard to find where to go to cancel a subscription or just to change a subscription. You have to create 1 million subscriptions and delete 1 million subscriptions. It needs to be updated so there’s easier management and you can edit subscriptions and not have to delete and create every time.

The app works well, and shows what you need it to. My issue is the app never saves my log in info, or even recognized my account. I’ve clicked forgot password to rest it a few times, but never receive a link to reset it. I’ve tried signing in with Apple but then the app says “Apple ID Cancelled”. I’ve tried signing in with a one time code, never get one. The store verified my account and info is accurate, so I’m at a loss.

The UI for the app is fine and intuitive to navigate, but when it comes to placing orders or others through this app it becomes a chore with forms jumping up and down between inputs and being unable to save any addresses or cards. Much less of a headache to just go into my local store and looking instead of using the clunky search feature, defeating the purpose of the app in the first place.

I'm curious, why did you build a tractor supply store in Pahrump Nv? While I was on vacation we spent some time at an RV resort in that little town. Well here's my problem with your store there. YOU HAVE DOG FOOD, A FEW BASIC TOOLS, SOME REALLY EXPENSIVE SIDE BY SIDES THAT NO ONE WHO ACTUALLY LIVES HERE COULD AFFORD BECAUSE IT'S A VERY POOR COMMUNITY WITH NO INDUSTRY AND NO MONEY OR ANY WAY TO GET MONEY. The only people who do have money are those who come down here for a vacation and you don't even have a 50-100 dollar surge protector for travel trailers at that store. You have nothing there but a lot of cheap garbage tools that are way over priced.

Will never set foot in or shop with this company as they have shown their true colors by taking the company morals back to an era where only white men had the right to do anything.

It’s not working always down someone please fix HELP CORPORATE. I went into Apple and uploaded the ap and again it is not working

Delivers from over an hour away and drivers drive past my closest store to get to me. Help desk says it’s a glitch. No one will fix it. It’s been a year. Makes me stress. Delays deliveries (sometimes they don’t come. Today it did abs he was soo nice but he drove two hours round trip to deliver a 10lbs bag of chick starter and a bag of pine chips!

To the Tractor Supply leadership team: I read your statement about discontinuing your DE&I activities. I am disappointed and disgusted. I am 69 years old and have been active in DE&I at my last two companies to promote agism awareness, fairness in hiring and promotion practices, and the benefits of the multi-cultural workforce. I have seen first-hand how effective DE&I boards can promote positive change in company policies and culture. Your recent actions, to give in to the vocal demands of a few, who do not have first-hand knowledge of the part a functioning DE&I community can play inside a company, speaks very poorly of your C-level leadership. I am just a small customer - I just went through my accounts and in the last 18 months, I spent a total of 5,289.20 on feed and supplies with you. No longer. I will find a company I still respect to spend my money with in the future.
