Went to buy a garage fan ,found one I liked,I asked if I apply for a credit card would I get a discount on my purchase,3 associates said yes when I applied they said that I would receive a rewards credit of 50 dollars, very misleading and deceptive they lied straight to my face
Several times I have updated this app and virtually every time I do, check out puts me into a loop. Most of the time it doesn’t even tell you an error message—it just loops you back to the start of the process again. It won’t let me use either my saved info (and yes—my card info and iOS ARE up to date) or my PayPal account. With PayPal I get a message saying undefined even though it connects to the account just fine. It simply won’t put through the order. If this isn’t resolved soon I will likely delete the app permanently.
Online order is confusing and there is no Return option (or it’s well hidden) to click on like the Return Policy states.
Well I did shop a lot at the store in Louisa but I’m go to start shopping a different place I went and looked for a tiller. A employees told me they had one that was brought back and he was having it fix said I could but it I gave him my home phone and my cellphone said he calll me when it was fix he never call me so I called the sty in Louisa and the person I talk to said that that tiller is all ready going . I was lied to so I’m done with tractor supply . Paul
Can’t find product screws up order on line. Credit card side doesn’t work
Not able to look up anything
I keep trying to get into the app. It eventually leads to a white screen with a picket fence. It reads “uh oh. Could not load. Try refreshing and check connection. Does not matter if I have 5G or I’m connected to WiFi. Results are always the same. App is up to date. Never had issues with TSC app before.
This is quite possibly the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. You have to tap a product to find out if it’s in the store and after you find out it’s not available, it takes you back to the top so you have to scroll through it all over again to get back to where you were. Payments were very glitchy.
The app no longer allows the user to actually look up a product. Type in anything you want and it brings you to a generic page that shows you nothing about what you’re looking for. Terrible considering I use this app to help customers on a daily basis.
Shows payment methods of Apple Pay and PayPal but can never use them. Always a “shipping address” issue with Apple Pay, even when doing store pickup, and PayPal just times out.
