Great app, works exactly as described and definitely worth to upgrade to the pro version! Also the founder is very nice while communicating 😌. Get fit without keeping tacky notes and use this masterpiece of an app!
Update: to be clear, I know how to see the previous routine, but what I need is to repeat it, so all exercises, weights, and reps are prefilled with the last values. I was so excited after the first workout! The exercises and reps were detected perfectly like magic. And I could leave the phone in the locker! But when I came back the second time I was surprised that I could not simply repeat the same routine from the last time. I couldn’t believe it and spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure it out, but it looks like this feature is missing. So I’m forced to use a normal logger app that lets me prepare the routine in advance and see the progress throughout the sessions. At this point the watch tracking is basically useless because I still need another app to remember which exercises I need to do today. Is the app weird or am I the only one who can’t remember all the weights and reps from past workouts?..
Nice deleting my previous review. Previously very fond of the app, however now limited features and full app behind a pay wall. Too bad.
I’ve been using this app for a few months now, and it is awesome to see my progress. During a workout, it helps keeping me focused and honest. It tells me how many reps i’ve actually done (no cheating!) and it nudges me when rest time is up (no procrastinating!). It is easier than a notebook or any other app, since it does most of the work (except the lifting) for you. Oh, and during the months i’ve been using it, i’ve seen almost as much gains in the app, as I see in my body. They keep adding & streamlining features.
I’ve never been so hyped about an app before! What a great way to improve workouts and keeping track of every movement! I’ve only used it twice but i can see my workouts being so much more productive with this app by not having to use my phone! Great app and i can’t wait to see more exercises being supported! Keep up the good work👌🏻
This is actually the perfect app to keep track of everything in the gym. From recognizing the number of repetitions to recognizing a specific exercise which works well and keeps getting better. It logs all this so you get a handy overview of everything which helps you in the gym. I have only one disadvantage and that is the high battery consumption on the Apple Watch. A workout of 1 hour and 30 minutes quickly uses about 35/40%. While this is not the case in the 'standard' workout app. Of course I understand the high consumption, because in the background it keeps track of what kind of exercise you do, but I would like (if possible) to see an improvement on the battery usage. Furthermore a great app!
