After training with my own schedules and expertise I was stuck and my progress was staling. I was searching for a personal trainer or a online coach. Then Ladder came to my social media timeline. And now my work outs are more intense and better then ever. Workouts are planned and based on reaching goals. Your coach in-ear during a workout is gold. My progress is better then ever. SO to my team Forged and coach Corey! 👊
The screen turns black when you start working out, so cant really follow along. Restarted the app multiple time. Still the same thing. Waste of my money
It’s been a little over a month since I found ladder and I absolutely love it! There are multiple teams you can join and I joined team formation with coache Robin. Adorable the way she trains and motivates. Price is less then I would pay in a gym and I’m way more motivated to do this and all the struggles to go to the gym. Try it out! There’s a 7 day trail, definitely worth a shot!
Hele fijne app om thuis mee te trainen. Ik heb thuis dumbells en kettlebells en daarmee kan ik aan zeker 6 van de 15 teams meedoen. Voor de andere teams heb je eigenlijk wel een gym nodig met barbells. Alle oefeningen kan je van te voren bekijken en worden ook nog voorgedaan tijdens de workout. Met 30-45min per dag ben je klaar. Daardoor doe je de workout ook makkelijk even voor je werk of nog voor het eten. De meeste teams leveren 6 trainingen per week wisselend tussen bovenlijf, onderlijf en conditie. En de prijs valt mij ook erg mee. Online personal coaching is een stuk duurder. En hier krijg je er ook nog motivatie van je coach bij! En gratis 7 dagen uitproberen. Great app for working out and feeling like you are being trained, its such a nice community and really love it so much.
This app is the best workout app I’ve ever used. Could never stick to regular programming but with Ladder teams, and in my case specifically the Treigning Day team, I’m going strong since the start in October 2020. This app works great if you want to get into the best shape of your life! The community and the programming is top notch!
