worst app I have ever used for train ticket bookings. no proper communication.

Second AC I suppose AC need to work not to be slowed down just after 30 Minutes of start. Food served - probably the worst worst food for humans. I don’t understand whay are IRCTC management up to? The contractor must be paying huge commission to overlook the quality of food. That’s the reason there is no regulation. Railway Ministry is also not doing anything. Asked for complaint book, everyone in train admin avoided and did not provide me the complaint book and this Saga is ages old. I don’t know what this feedback is going to do. I am sweating in AC compartment

I have made a transaction to book train tickets and i lost arount 11000 rupees and didn’t receive any tickets. Customer care number is unresponsive.

Unable to use local train time table function, the message returns as No train found every time any station is selected . An example , While there was a local train running From H.Nizamudin to New Delhi upon doing a search it displays no results found.

Just ordered food through them a day prior to the train journey. They called me and make sure that order is confirmed but Nobody was arrived at the time . I called them they advised me the delivery guy is on his way but later they ask me to cancel the order and said sorry .so i had bad experience with them . Think before you order with them .👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Horrible experience!!! Just complete waste of time and money. I had 2 horrible experiences. 1. 27/4/18 booked smart bus from Jaipur to IFFCO chowk Delhi. The bus was supposed to pick me up at Sindhi chowk at 7:45, the contact number given for pick up details was switch off the whole time. I didn’t even receive any call from driver. I looked for bus at sindhi chowk from 7:20 and kept calling the number given but switch off. So, I just asked around and no where did I find bus. Now I had to spend 900/- rupees over on top of 378/- rupees. 2. Booked a bus through this app from Ajmer to jaisalmer 22/04/2019. Again the pick up point was Ajmer bus stand and the name of travels was Jain shiv shankar travels. Again I was 45 minutes earlier to bus stand. Same story, the 2 contact numbers given won’t lift call. I texted one of those number and he texted me driver number. When I called the driver he already left the pick up point. I had to take an auto at 10:00 PM and go till a Dhana. Where the bus was stopped. The name written on bus was Hanuman travels, while I was shown and given Jain shiv Shankar travels. I asked the bus driver why won’t he call me, when the gave me the ticket, my number was clearly written over the ticket. If I did not make it to the bus. It is pure common sense to make a call or send a text. I am going to take heavy action over this. I have all the tickets sent to my mail and message. I even have proof of the calls I made to those numbers provided and how they didn’t respond. Anytime try to help government by taking their transport. They just have to make a miserable experience out of it.

I ordered food via this app food delivery on time quality and quantity both are excellent. Highly recommended rather then placing food order in train . Excellent customer service 10 out of 10 rating. Regards Chetan
