Past few weeks not able to access booking it says app under maintenance. Very disappointed. There is no way we can book.any ticket

I cannot add a passenger due to scrolling not working properly on the popup and I cannot reach further fields and buttons.

Can’t pre order onboard food!

Almost all looks good & satisfactory but unable to order food onboard food. It doesn’t let me pay for as after submitting orders it doesn’t load the payment page. Please resolve. Thanks

Training timings and rates ,ticket availability are not up to dates

Did not get salad @Rs70 that I already paid. Want a refund. This is cheating.

RailYatri bus

I selected 1 star but there no option of ZERO star. The first thing came to mind is disgusting, can’t find worse word. Following are the reasons for journey dated 8th June New Delhi to Kanpur: 1. Worse driving 2. Toilet absolutely dirty 3. Bus interior old and scratchy, got scratch on leg climbing upper seat 4. Blankets smell. 5. Small water bottle (I’m mentioning this because others give you full size bottles) 5. I picked costly fair bus believing it would be better but got cheated by RailYatri showing smart bus. Is this smart bus? Would never recommend anyone to use RailYatri at least for buses.
