This app has many gaps
This app not working as expected. Currently I am experiencing serious issues with one of my latest travel booking. Have requested customer care to address this.. let’s see how they support on this

Total SCAM …. No food delivered…. Don’t use this App
Waited at the food delivery point i.e at Pune Station for 25 minutes but didn’t find any counter or contact person. Not even a single board … no customer care. And they blame you for not picking the order from their kitchen which does not exist…..newest scam in market!!!!

This is really a good app and have very good experience regarding the transactions and also very fast updating booking information pnr status which is easily visible on screen

Excellent. After the payment is made, why do you need password and Captcha . Do it before you accept payment while booking.
Resheduling
There should be provision to re-schedule the booked journey ticket,(postpone or prepone )when seat /birth available.

Full Refund scheme is a Scam by Railyatri
They nudge one to pay extra for full refund scheme by showing wrong prediction %. They showed me 96% chance for confirmation and looted Rs 1797 for 3 3AC tickets. Last status remains WT, so it’s got auto cancelled. Only the clerical charges are not deducted and fully refunded saving only Rs 196 against payment of Rs 1797. This is a trap to cheat not anything. Please don’t use the free cancellation scheme by seeing their predictions. I think a bigger conspiracy.

Wrong information in train live tracking
The train live tracking is giving wrong information causing trouble and panic to the passengers. Please remove such buggy and useless feature
