I left the gym after my last TWS workout BUZZING! - The workout plans are the perfect combo of challenging and achievable. - I love the little explanations of the exercises. - I have become so much more confident in the gym, from being to afraid to use weights or machines, to confidently owning my space and lifting big weights, all thanks to Soph’s lighthearted but thorough instructions and the benefit of a neat and easy plan to follow - Ticking off my exercises and weights motivates me to keep going. All these tiny mind hacks that make such a big difference Highly recommend TWS to anyone ☺️
