Grow Your Glutes: more glute emphasis plus upper body days
Build & Shape: less volume and reps to progress your strength
TWS At Home: minimal equipment at home workouts
TWS Anywhere: no equipment workouts done anywhere

More than training - your membership includes a custom nutrition program designed by dietitian's specific to you and your needs! Choose your initial goal & change as you go:

Build & shape: a calorie surplus to gain muscle
Maintenance: maintain your current weight, achieve body recomposition for newer trainers (lose weight whilst building lean muscle)

I’m one week in and throughly enjoy the guidance of Sophie. The training program is easy to follow and understand. There are videos you can watch to make sure that your form is right. Thank you Soph!

No way to create account??

Seems like a nice app, once you login, however I couldn’t do that. There seems to be no way to create an account in the app, only to sign in to an existing account. I don’t have one and was hoping to sign up. To sign up for an account it seems that you have to go to the website and then go back to the app which is annoying. At the very least you could put a link to a webview to the website create an account screen. Also, on the forgot your password screen the back button doesn’t work. Please fix these issues!

Great app design for a workout program

Soph's program is top notch, the workouts are challenging and under an hour each. The app is super easy to navigate as well, especially during a workout. Each workout has its own timer and maintains the data of your previous workout so you know where to start each time, I love how the superset is set up as well with the tabs and timer on the second workout. Beautifully designed app!
