The app is really great but really wish for Apple Watch integration and auto timer upon completing a set
I would’ve rated the app higher (3 stars maybe) but coach Paul gives horrible customer service. Ask 1 simple question and you’ll be meet with how much of a stupid person you are. Like I joined the program just to get kicked off the day after. I did literally nothing but ask questions and I was extremely respectful and open the entire time. Coach Paul is a very disrespectful person and I don’t recommend anyone buy this app.
Not a bad app. Great way to send/share workouts. However, lots of bugs that need to be worked on. UI can be slow sometimes.
Easy to navigate. Help videos to show how to do workouts. Love how it monitors sleep, energy and motivation levels.
It’s impossible to report the reset password page is down. So I have to wait until someone notices and then fix it? How do I get help for this app? Great app until you want to report the reset password page down.😭
I’ve relied on TrainHeroic for years of programming. I requested a data export last month, and 9 emails, 3 weeks later, still haven’t received a thing. I understand it can be difficult to allocate an engineer to export data, and I don’t believe this is the fault of TrainHeroic’s customer support. But under GDPR and to a lesser extent, “right to know” under CCPA in California, it’s good practice to automate this process to quickly respond to export requests. The kind of person who invokes GDPR/CCPA is often pretty fussy, and will do things like leave 1 star reviews on an app, so it’s usually best to just give them their data, so everyone can move on with their lives (and their programming!).
App is very good. My only issue is you have to go to their website to find all of the teams available on the app. You really can’t build that search into the app?
The app does an ok job but I run into occasional bugs. Currently I can’t create my own session; I have to add from the library. And it didn’t show my coach’s session until I tried to add my own.
Seems like a good app but missing a few key features for me. * sync completed workouts with other apps (Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, etc) * sync planned workout with Apple Calendar * sync planned workout to wearables (Apple Watch, Garmin Watches, etc) that’ll take you thru uploading metric for the workout
