Have had some problems with the app information not appearing, not seeing any workouts etc. When it does work however, it's real useful, even more if you've got a coach.
Internet sidan är mycket bättre än appen!
Using the premium app and the web interface on computer it’s good with a lot of functions but as app is not good at all. It’s too much of a web i/f compressed into an app, so the gui could be much, much better. It’s not native which gives a lot of drawbacks in terms of gui and functionality (speak to text function for example) but also robustness. The support is good but unfortunately you have to use the support too much. So a real redesign of this app is needed considerating the pricing and quality of the web.
A great tool for the athlete who wants control. I started using it now at 50+ after being away from serious training and racing for 20 years. The app (and of course a structured plan along with it) helps me keep track of both what I’m doing and how I’m doing. The combination of the app, a plan for training, some gadgets to measure things and an eating plan will make you successful!
I’ve used TrainingPeaks since the late 2000 due forced by coaches. The platform have barely developed in 10 years and the app doesn’t have something as simple as a power curve. The UI does look like windows 3.1 and don’t expect to do any planning in the app, you re forced to the website for which is buggy and also looks like it did in the late 2000. Saving a chart during analysing a workout is not saved for next workout so for analysing workouts it’s a no go. Why should you use it? Probably the only reason is because it’s a platform most devices can sync to but you will have to later put your files into something better such as Intervals.icu which actually enable you to get actionable insights. TrainingPeaks is not a tool for making athletes better as athletes nor making coaches better at coaching. It’s barely a platform for uploading files. And yes, I pay for the software, unfortunately!
No way to copy planned workouts, constant glitches when editing them. Not a native app.
He fact you can’t build structured workouts in the app is a big let down. Should be an easy fix sp you do not need a computer to build a workout in more detail.
Really good overview and planing tool Swift and easy and lot of conectivity
Love this app!
