I have a recurrent issue where the app crashes to the TP loading screen when I leave a comment on a workout, or tap away from the comment window. Require a reset of the app. I’ve approached tech support and tried their reinstall suggestion to no avail. Otherwise the app is generally fine. I needs some work to make it a better, more easily interactive, and more visually approachable app. The website version is much better.

A paid subscription of around £100 for a year may not seem excessive, but then I expect it to be reliable and available all of the time. The web-based service is far superior, but also leaves a lot to be desired. For example, why can’t TP take sleep data from my Suunto App, rather than me having to add that daily. The app is also not intuitive.. I had to use the website to figure out how to use it. Also TP seems to be all about punting on behalf of coaches.. so a bit too much marketing..

Must download will really help with training

I have used the paid and free version of TP and absolutely the paid version is worth the money. If you are coaching yourself and just want to set a week ahead for yourself then the free version works fine, but you can get that with Garmin Connect. The paid version gives you so much more.

I love to track all my training , everything you need is in this app, the only thing is that doesn’t export the workout into my Apple Watch, I hope they do something about that.

Great app with so much data but your screwed if you enter your credit card details, Incase If you have a coaching plan with a trainer or a training plan! When you decide to stop the plan do block your credit card immediately! I got conformation for cancellation of my plan and after 2 weeks I got charged the amount of $189, After that incident i got no response from customer service, after sales or even sales, non responded to my mails! The only option i had was to register a fraudulent complain at the bank and central bank.
