Once I get started I don’t want to stop
It’s so much easier to get a professional to create workouts that fit you. I’m doing three a week now (start slow so your brain accepts the change) and each of them is different to keep it interesting. Can also have bonus workouts like stretches you can do at your desk but I might schedule those in. Price is very treasonable and I’ve got a poor exchange rate from Australia. It’s great to have someone to keep you accountable and it’s a lot less pressure than a public gym. I feel comfortable with the pace and I’m not near any injury, like I e done at the gym more than once and also at home when I’ve tried to curate my own workouts.
Gamechanger
I live with chronic pain and have tried everything from very expensive 1:1 pilates/exercise physiology and PT to group classes and have struggled to get results and maintain progress due to the cost or lack of flexibility.
CoPilot and my wonderful coach have enabled me to workout at home, when I feel able to and I have achieved more in 3 weeks than I have in 3 years.
I also really appreciate that you can toggle calories on and off. For anyone with disordered eating and exercise patterns this allows you to focus on what’s really important - strength, routine and healthy steps!

Very impressed by the app and CoPilot concept so far.
Re: specifically the functionality of the app, it would be great to be able to sync scheduled called with a Microsoft outlook account so it can go straight into my outlook calendar.
Have also struggled with uploading videos with sound for some reason. I thought I pressed « allow » when the app asked if it could access the microphone but not too sure if it’s a tech thing or maybe I accidentally pressed the wrong thing.
It would be a cool idea to be able to move around exercises within the workout as well, so instead of doing 3 sets of an exercise in a row, i.e, 3 sets of squats in a row, be able to mix the exercises around to make it a circuit-type workout.
No metric
I tried to create an account and the app had me put in my measurements (for some reason rather than getting them from the health app) and it was all in feet/inches and pounds. I don’t know those measurements and most of the world doesn’t either. Odd in this day and age when the conversion between them is so easy for a computer to do...
