Last minute booking and could not amend with the contact of driver not reachable until expired . Customer service was advised but no allowance provided

Our driver Steven was fantastic. He was texting me as we landed to confirm details and while getting through immigration as our flight had been delayed. Once we were clear, he met us promptly, loading our bags in the car and offering us refreshments in the car. He was friendly and informative, thank you Steven! Highly recommend!

I booked the Mercedes car pick up. And they came with a Toyota. They will advertise with the Mercedes car picture and not give what you paid. The process was fine. They were there on time and got me to where I needed but I don’t like being false advertised to. I would have just got an Uber. (Dubai)

App is pretty easy to use except the payment page isn’t currently loading to allow me to pay for my booking

Do not use this company. They charged us $221 Aus to travel 10 min from the train station to the hotel. There was an earthquake in Japan so our train was late. Not our fault. We advised them through the app along with advising the driver and they refused to either have the driver come back or refund our $221 Aus. We had our three children with us who were tired and hungry and they simply didn’t care. Transferro are a dishonest organisation and we are contesting their charge through our bank.

I booked an airport transfer a few day in advance with a baby seat. The driver left me stranded at the airport with a baby for half hour with no means to communicate with him. When he finally showed up, there was no car seat for the baby, so I had to hold him for the whole ride.

Booked this service to get from Heathrow to Camden. My flight was delayed so I sent a message to let them know about 12 hours before my scheduled pickup. They responded saying that it should not be a problem and I should contact the driver. I tried that but got no response. Got to the airport and did not see anyone holding up a sign. I called the company and after being on hold for 12 minutes I called back and selected “new customer” at the prompt. She checked the booking and said that the driver had rejected the booking change. I asked what was I expected to do. She said it’s not your fault, it’s not the company’s fault and it’s not the driver’s fault. I’m the one out $90 and am sitting in a cab that will cost me a lot more when I get to Camden. I had another booking with them for next week but needless to say I have already cancelled that. NEVER AGAIN!!! Sorry that I can’t give zero stars.

Could not have been a smoother process. Spotless-clean car, and extremely courteous driver. Highly recommend, and will def use their car service again.

Had a reservation. Even had text from driver. Then no show. Called contact number. Said had issue with van and cancelled out reservation. Never let us know. Needed to scramble and get a cab. Barely made it to our cruise. Horrible service
