Chauffeur parfait. Je recommande.

Nous avons commandé une course pour l’aéroport un peu moins de 24h avant la course et ils nous ont fait payer tout de suite à l’avance sans possibilité de remboursement. Ils nous pas trouvé de chauffeur et nous précise qu’il n’est plus possible d’être remboursé… au bout d’un moment il nous trouve soit disant un chauffeur, que l’on contact et qui nous confirme pas qu’il pourra effectuer la course. Le service nous a coûté le double d’une course normale pour à l’arrivée aucun chauffeur. On a du trouver un autre taxi… les vacances avaient bien commencé!!

Not happy at all. We were 4 pax and i ordered the vip van vito. We had a suv car wirh 4 people inside and luggages … awfull ! Last time with that company…

The driver was very punctual and helpful. We arrived on time at the airport.

I booked a transfer for my family from Singapore airport to our hotel. Our flight was announced with 70 minutes delay, 4 hours before the flight. I immediately contacted Transfeero, but they were unreachable via email, website chat, US phone numbers, Australian phone number at 10am in Singapore time on a Monday. I then called the driver directly, but he said that he had another transfer right after ours and so he would not be available. He then agreed to cancel and refund, he said that we can contact the platform later to finish the cancellation. I emailed Transfeero right away even before my flight and explained the situation. As of now they refuse to provide a refund. I understand that the flight delay is out of everyone’s hand. But 1. The driver agreed, was informed on time and didn’t have to come to the airport. 2. The service operating in Singapore was unreachable during regular operating hours for a traveling service which requires emergency contact routes. 3. The service was not provided, yet the date take my money. I really do not recommend this service. They are dishonest.

Booked this service to get from Heathrow to Camden. My flight was delayed so I sent a message to let them know about 12 hours before my scheduled pickup. They responded saying that it should not be a problem and I should contact the driver. I tried that but got no response. Got to the airport and did not see anyone holding up a sign. I called the company and after being on hold for 12 minutes I called back and selected “new customer” at the prompt. She checked the booking and said that the driver had rejected the booking change. I asked what was I expected to do. She said it’s not your fault, it’s not the company’s fault and it’s not the driver’s fault. I’m the one out $90 and am sitting in a cab that will cost me a lot more when I get to Camden. I had another booking with them for next week but needless to say I have already cancelled that. NEVER AGAIN!!! Sorry that I can’t give zero stars.

Could not have been a smoother process. Spotless-clean car, and extremely courteous driver. Highly recommend, and will def use their car service again.

Had a reservation. Even had text from driver. Then no show. Called contact number. Said had issue with van and cancelled out reservation. Never let us know. Needed to scramble and get a cab. Barely made it to our cruise. Horrible service

Missed our flight this was the only chance we had to make it to the cruise ship in time. Booked while we were in the air and our driver was waiting at baggage claim when we arrived. We made it with literally 2 minutes left to board. Saved the trip our driver was professional and we were very happy with our experience. I was skeptical but this was our only hope and it worked out.
