Information on this app is horrible and inaccurate. The point of the app is to see the transit updates in live , real time . What do this shows is the Schedule of the transit which is rarely correct . Deleting asap

Good
This is an excellent app. You can pay using thus app. This give route and real time bus schedule.
I like the app and use it every day I commute. However if I use the Go function when my phone (iPhone 15) is on the Lock Screen it doesn’t update the time unless I go back in. It could say 36 minutes wait on the Lock Screen but when I click in it’ll be 26 minutes. It would be good if this kept up to date. Otherwise it doesn’t really serve a purpose for me.
just a really simple map to get throughout nyc
Love being able to actually know where busses are and when they’re arriving. Huge quality of life improvement. Not so keen on the new questions it asks about stops and busses. Transit regularly delivers surveys to users with questions about the quality of infrastructure. I’m more than fine with reporting on a bus stop lacking accessibility or shade. I’m not okay with dinging a bus stop for the presence of graffiti as some kind of value ‘safety’ judgement. I don’t care if there’s graffiti! I can’t decline to answer without exiting the entire survey.
I wish that instead of rolling out you questions for users about the cleanliness of bus stops, making us work for free, they fixed some of the usability issues I’ve been having for years. The speed at which I walk is superior to average peoples. Therefore I cannot rely on the app when it tells me I will miss the next buscit is actually not true. If I ever get in a bus that shares a route with other buses, then navigate away from transit, I will each time miss my stop because the app is stuck on the “ which line are you on” dialog box, and doesn’t show me notifications to get out, and when I go back to the app and select which line I am on, it tells me I should’ve gotten off 10 minutes ago. And if people are consistently answering all the questions about the buses and the bus stops, give them a Transit + subscription! It’s not that hard
App is helpful but would be more helpful if it didn’t drain my battery like crazy and if it gave notifications if a bus is gonna detour or otherwise not be available
It’s not consistent especially during my commute back home. It doesn’t know my location and I can’t tell how long the G train will take to arrive in the evening. Otherwise it’s fine.
I tried using this app instead of my Maps app, because it seemed more convenient, until I was waiting at the bus stop for over half an hour for a bus that was coming in “6 minutes,” more than 5 times. When I checked my Maps it quoted me over 45 minutes, so I went home, and came back, and Maps was the accurate estimate. That’s when I deleted the Transit app. I live in Spokane County.
