Tickets we buy disappear, dispite me being charged - we have to buy them again 😡 I know my password, but the app keeps telling me it’s wrong! Buttons are often greyed out, or disabled for no reason. The theft is the worst of all though. What a piece of junk, I can hardly believe this is still allowed in the App Store.
Wanting to buy tickets, tried to register (multiple times) but kept coming up with an error. So gave up and deleted app. 😡
Really NOT user friendly. The app does not autofill your password when trying to sign in. Really round about way to buy a ticket. Doesn’t allow you to to select travel now, you have to move the time back to the present time. I selected to pay by Apple pay and the link did not work despite several attempts. Ended up buying ticket from the machine!
Hi any chance of landscape mode for iPad version please
At least give information of which train that is shown in your live time you muppet
What is the point of having a train company app if it refuses to load up tickets , it took half an hour for the booking to partially appear with the important bar code still missing
Logs me out after 1 hour which is unnecessary. I make the same journey every day (a return ticket from X to Y) but in my “recent journeys” section on the homepage it only ever shows it as a single journey, so I waste time having to add a return journey before I can buy my ticket
This app seems to be way behind the curve compared to similar apps! Why does it require you to log in so frequently? Why can’t it save my railcard option for future bookings? Why does it frequently default to a collect ticket’ option and not give the e-ticket option?!? Surely a key reason for using the app? The saving in booking fees simply isn’t worth the annoyance compared to another commonly used booking app, which doesn’t suffer from the same inadequacies.
The app logs you out every time you need to use it/show a ticket. You could log in, buy your ticket and within 10 minutes its logged you back out again. Its a pain in the ar*se
