Unfortunately not a good app to use as everytime we try to see the schedule it shuts down. Not even able to buy certain passes on the app; only with machines at stations. FL needs not only a better app, but a better public transportation. Not even express we have yet from the location to head to miami :(
When trying to display ticket, will crash every time!
Tried to purchase a ticket while on the train (got there as it was leaving). The billing address won’t pull up addresses correctly so you can’t purchase, which caused me to get a ticket for not being able to purchase a ticket. Kinda pointless to have the app if it doesn’t work at all 🫠
Tried to use the app to purchase passes. The app asks for your street address. You type in your street address and the dropdown address lists “Miami, FL, Miami, OH, MIA” as suggested address. I live in Lake Worth. How does this make sense? I ended up doing everything manually. Terrible app.
Virtually every train is late, some by a few minutes and some by an hour or more. And then there are the occasional all of a sudden cancellations. The app frequently crashes on my iPhone or just displays incorrect information. The IT programmers should take a page from the airlines and let someone choose a train number and track its progress automatically to include updates pushed to your device. Although, I do believe that the IT department is staffed by junior high or even middle school kids.
Also, why not have a prepaid card that i can add $$$ to and just swipe my phone. Get with it Florida - you can do better
I cannot log in no matter how many times I change my password.
App crashes during every single vital function. Completely unusable
The app crashes every time I try to look up a schedule or when trying to display the code for a purchased pass
Why can’t I save my address. It only gives me the option for Miami, Australia or a PO Box
