I’ve booked a flight. The money was taken out of my account but no ticket was issued. I’ve spend hours trying to find an email address to forward proofs of this but only got AI generated questions and options. Please give me a proper email so I can apply for my refund.
Lack of information on the app caused a lot of inconvenience and issues with my booking
I recently had a frustrating experience with Trip.com that left me highly disappointed. Their customer service was abysmal; when I needed assistance changing my flights, I received no help whatsoever. It felt like they were completely uninterested in resolving my issue. What is the point of having a travel agent if they can't assist with basic needs? I would strongly advise against using Trip.com if you value reliable support and a hassle-free travel experience.
Won’t let add luggage and then have to pay huge rates to get on flights with luggage. Also way overpriced for activities via the app
一直以來很相信trip,所以去歐洲那麼多國家我基本都選擇trip訂飯店 但是他們的服務真的是每況愈下 越來越差！ 這一次我們要去悉尼玩我在trip預訂生日時要慶祝的遊樂園，並使用了coin 付完款後本來覺得特別划算，沒想到幾分鐘之後，trip直接退單 我問他們為什麼退單，給的理由是廠家那天的日期已經被預訂光了 但好巧不巧的是 我剛剛因為要確定我訂的是多少錢，所以又按了一次同天日期的 但是這次我並沒有付款 我也馬上取消了 所以那天的日期肯定是有的 我不能接受客服搪塞我的理由 只能把我人生第一個差評給trip

It’s ok. Trip have helped me through some sticky moments in my travels, and generally they are resolved. My only gripe is there is no landscape mode for the iPad app. PLLLLEEESSSE fix this!
Enjoying booking. Customer service is great.
Just a great company to deal with. The App is user friendly, prices are competitive, and customer service is excellent.
No hidden fee surprise as you’re about to pay 😁 The app works well and the deals are as good as anywhere else. I like it 👍🏻
