I had a small issue accessing my account but the Techs got it sorted out fairly quickly. The product does what it advertises. I must say it is miles ahead of kaspersky! I would buy it again.

I’ve had this app on my iPhone for years,does this app work anymore? I haven’t been able to sign in for a while now. It asks to send a email or code so I can login but when it does I go back to the app to login and it does the same thing over and over again. Is this app discontinued now and not supported now?

La version mobile de true key se déconnecte constamment. C’est un problème que j’ai toujours rencontré avec l’application mobile et ce sur mes précédents iPhone et sur toute les version iOS sur lequel je l’ai utilisé. Changer d’application pour ensuite retourner à l’application true key nécessite généralement de se reconnecter, ça devient frustrant à la longue.

App works fine but if you try to open safe notes when in airplane offline mode the notes are not working, apparently the tech support says the notes can not be seen when offline so keep in mind you won't be able to check notes unless connected to internet so I think this is a disappointment for some who would rely on this, imagine storing your key combination for your suitcase and not being able to open it while travelling. Only the top portion of the note is visible so make sure you store it there. The note when open just closes within less than a second. TrueKey is basically a paid product so this limitation is serious because I may not see it as serious with some freemium or free tools. But here you pay money so I would have expected better.

Not that good but honestly it’s ok but yea noticed it sometimes deletes password off on its own.

J’adore cette application qui est installée sur tout mes appareils, donc aucun oublie ou réinitialisation de mot de passe nécessaire .

L’application gèle lors de l’ouverture de “Adhésion” sous IOS 14.0.1 sur mes 2 iPad (Air 3 et Pro) cependant je n’ai pas chargé la nouvelle version IOS sur mon iPhone XR afin de pouvoir continuer a utiliser True Key

Love the app. Makes it much easier to use strong passwords.

Cannot login, it says "Something went wrong".!. Very informative. Delete app, then reload: does not even start. Go to website: does not even send a message to the email. Is this App now out of commission?? Thanks
