• Open a TSB current account
• Register for Digital Banking
• Log in securely with your fingerprint or face ID
• Identify a payment by the retailer logo next to the transaction

What you need to use this app
• You’ll need to be a personal TSB customer and have a device running iOS 11 or above. You'll need to be a UK resident to apply for new products.
• To use Touch ID requires at least an iPhone 5S
• To use Face ID you need the iPhone X or later

Easy to use App..

I have been using the TSB app for payment of my bills. This app allows me to pay my bills from my smartphone from wherever I am. The app is easy to use and I can recommend this app to any TSB member.

Don’t live overseas

Some time in 2023 TSB broke their ability to send 2FA SMSs to non-UK phone numbers. This meant I couldn’t log in to my account at all for months. It now seems to work online, but the app still doesn’t send an SMS to my number so I can’t log in. They developers should add support for authenticator apps as an alternative to SMSs (one of the more insecure 2FA methods)
